Food Allergies

If you have any food allergy or intolerance, please let us know before you confirm order. Every care is taken to avoid any cross contamination when preparing food. Food items we serve contains some of the 14 Allergens listed: Peanuts, Nuts, Cereals containing Gluten, Milk, Sesame, Soy/Soya, Molluscs, Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites), Mustard, Celery, Lupin (EU common) and Eggs. If you are suffering from any food allergy or intolerance please check with our staff at the time of placing order. You can contact us using either a phone call, text message or email us as per contact details published on our web site. We recommend to use text or email service for any out of hours enquires. We will be happy to answer your queries with relevant details.

We will make every effort to make the food as per your taste and requirements however considering nature of tiffin service the food is prepared for a group of customers so we may not be always able to accommodate all the requirements. We encourage you to discuss your requirements and suggestions with us and we will happy to do our best to possible extent.

Chaat Palace aims to deliver freshly cooked food for daily consumption. The food we produce is for consumption on the same day and usually within 4-5 hours of the time of delivery. If the customer wishes to store or freeze the food it will be their responsibility. We will not be responsible for any damages after the delivery has occurred due to incorrect storage or contamination.
