Service Policy
When you place order to us by any medium or channel, you agree to our terms and conditions and following service policy irrespective of the method of payment. Please note your order will be confirmed only if we have received payment. If we cannot accept your order due to any reason we will provide full refund if you have already made the payment. We may deduct small admin or service fees for our online services in some cases.
Once you place order for meal plans it can only be cancelled by advanced notice a day before meal plan starts by 8:00 pm. Once the meal plan starts we cannot refund. Based on the circustances we may offer credit which can be used for future order.
Customers will be refunded money only in exceptional circumstances (Examples: Death and illness).
Customers can re-arrange tiffin for the day by calling us or sending a text message on numbers mentioned on our website provided that they inform us by 8:00 AM on that day. Please note we will not be able to re-arrange or refund if you contact us any later than this time.
Our weekly meal plan prices are applicable only if you order at least for 4 days together. Any less than 4 days, we will apply our one-off meal plan prices or we may charge for individual items.
By paying on the website or by bank transfer or by confirming via text or on call for cash on delivery, paying customer agrees to all our terms and conditions and policies mentioned on our website. We recommend you read and understand before confirming the order and payment.
We may store and share your details with our partners/providers to provide better services to you.
Delivery will be within a 2 hour slot, delivery slots are based on approximate timings and might differ based on daily conditions. We aim to deliver within the delivery slot as often as possible, however in the situation beyond our control if there is delay in delivery we will aim to provide timely updates. Due to unavoidable circumstances if we cannot deliver your food within the reasonable time - we will offer full refund or credit.
Please note that customer must be available during the delivery time slot to take a delivery when order is cash on delivery and if you cannot we may charge full prices and any additional extras for re-delivery or delay caused due to your unavailability.
Customers are responsible for food and the place of delivery after the tiffin has been delivered. We do not carry any responsibility in the event of loss of tiffin.
Delivery is between Monday to Friday unless agreed with the owners. We are closed on all bank holidays.
